Shipping policy

Shipping time:

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. 
• Typical ground shipping is 2-7 business days from ship date depending on location.

 

Shipping service:

We ship most orders via USPS or UPS Ground depending on weight, size or location.

 

Shipping cost:

Free shipping on orders $75 or more! $7.95 for orders under $75.

 

Shipments marked as delivered:

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, kindly wait until the end of the day as packages can be marked as "delivered" while still in transit. Bodyceuticals is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier.

 

 

A note on packing material:

Since we started Bodyceuticals, we have ONLY used recycled packaging material.  We source this out from retail stores that need to recycle material or will dispose of it unnecessarily.  Occasionally we "rescue" packing peanuts from potential landfill material.  Please know that by reusing this material, we do not purchase it, but that by reusing it we keep it from ending up in a garbage dumpster. We do our best to only use paper or biodegradable packing material, but if we have "rescued" some plastic material from heading out to sea or to the landfill, we humbly ask that you do the same and reuse it or give it to someone who can reuse it.  Let's not support purchasing brand new packing material if there is already enough to go around.
