Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of topical skincare products, please review the policy below carefully.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos and video of the product and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost.

How to Start a Return

All returns require prior approval. Please contact info@bodyceuticals.net with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved, non-defective returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Marketplaces Orders

Orders fulfilled or refunded through Amazon/Faire/Pod Foods/Temu/Walmart are handled exclusively by each platform and are subject to the platforms return and refund policies.
